What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, and anything else the form asks for.
Purchase details when you buy. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic site data, such as pages visited and the link that brought you here, so we know which guides help.

We don't ask for your child's medical records, and you don't need to send us any. The planning sheets in our toolkits are yours to fill in and keep.

To send what you asked for: your downloads and guides.
To send occasional emails for families caring for a child with profound autism. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To improve our guides.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site, our email and our payments, and only so they can do that job.
